Property Documents Checklist for Pakistan

Fard, registry, mutation, map, NOC, tax receipts — a practical checklist you can take to the tehsil.

A clean file is the only file worth buying. At minimum collect the latest fard, original registry, mutation, site plan, CNIC copies of all owners, tax paid receipts and society NOC if applicable.

If any name in the chain of title does not match, stop and reconstruct the chain before paying a token.
